In the event of an audit or inability to pay a tax liability, whether income or payroll taxes, we can offer you assistance.
The principal of the firm is an Enrolled Agent. Enrolled Agents, with a Power of Attorney from the taxpayer, can act on the taxpayer's behalf before all administrative levels of the IRS. This relieves the taxpayer of having to deal with the IRS directly. Once a Power of Attorney is on file with the IRS, the IRS can no longer contact the taxpayer, they must contact the Power of Attorney.
Various approaches to satisfying or settling the IRS debt are available, including: • Streamlined Installment Payment Plans • Offer-in-Compromise submission to reduce the total debt owed • Bankruptcy • Indepth Income Analysis and possibly not having to pay on the debt currently Each taxpayer's situation is unique and after a thorough meeting with the client, options are explained.
All matters are handled confidentially. The taxpayer is kept apprised of the case status until resolution.
